Sherry Cask
Small Batch
Fercullen Falls takes its name from the Powerscourt Waterfall on the Powerscourt Estate in Wicklow—Ireland's largest waterfall. The whisky itself is produced at the Powerscourt Distillery, built by Scottish engineers in the heart of Wicklow's landscape. This Small Batch blend combines malt and grain in a 50/50 ratio, with emphasis on malt content that showcases the distillery's distinctive character.
The whisky matured in ex-bourbon and new heavily charred oak casks—a pairing that delivers richness and depth without excessive wood influence. Bottled at 43% and non-chill-filtered, this blend retains its natural texture.
On the nose, cinnamon and fresh orchard fruits emerge, with hints of spice and brown sugar. The palate is soft and sweet, revealing toffee, vanilla, and nutty notes that develop gradually. The finish is warming and malty, with a pleasant drying quality that lingers.
