Dewars

John Dewar opened a small shop in Perth in 1846, selecting and blending whiskies with meticulous attention to flavour. This pioneering work grew into one of the world's most awarded blended Scotch whiskies. Dewar's 12 Years is built from approximately 40 different single malts and grains, matured in a combination of refill and first-fill bourbon casks—a formula that has remained unchanged since its creation in 1899.

This blend proves that consistency and refinement are not opposites. The nose reveals citrus, heather honey, and subtle malt character. The palate unfolds gently with vanilla, toffee, and toasted oak, finishing clean and balanced with minimal alcohol bite. A whisky equally at home neat or in a cocktail, asking nothing more than to be what it is.
