This is the work of Dublin Liberties Distillery, a producer steeped in a neighbourhood that spans over a thousand years of history.

The blend marries single malt and grain whiskeys, each matured for three years in ex-bourbon casks individually selected for blending. That bourbon-cask foundation gives the whiskey its golden hue and soft structure—clean and approachable, without the weight that sherry would impose.

On the nose: honey and vanilla, with gentle orchard-fruit undertones. The palate is mellow and malty, toffee and pepper trading places.
