Jack Daniel's No. 27 Gold is a premium expression from the renowned Jack Daniel's distillery located in Lynchburg, Tennessee, USA. This variation of the classic Old No. 7 undergoes a unique double maturation process, first in traditional white oak casks, followed by additional aging in maple casks, resulting in a distinct flavor profile. On the palate, No. 27 Gold presents a harmonious blend of fresh flowers, tropical fruits, and citrus, complemented by notes of vanilla, caramel, and honey. The oak cask influence provides a subtle nuttiness, with hints of almond, hazelnut, and walnut, alongside dried spices and a touch of smoke.
