Triple Cask

The Busker is a relatively young Irish whiskey from Royal Oak Distillery in County Carlow, producing whiskey since 2016. The brand came under sole ownership of Illva Saronno (Disaronno International) in 2020, establishing itself as a contemporary, bold Irish whiskey rooted in tradition.

The Triple Cask is the core expression: a blend of the three classic Irish whiskey styles made at Royal Oak – Single Grain, Single Malt, and Single Pot Still. The blend is matured in ex-bourbon barrels and large sherry butts, creating a balanced interplay of vanilla, caramel, and full-bodied character.

In the glass, a golden-yellow whiskey with subtle aromas of malt, vanilla, and toffee, touched by hints of cinnamon. On the palate, it's light and approachable, with caramel and grain notes that integrate smoothly. The finish is soft and pleasant, making this an easy-drinking everyday dram.
