SirDavis is an American whisky rooted in personal legacy: Beyoncé Knowles-Carter created this brand to honor her great-grandfather Davis Hogue, a Texas moonshiner during Prohibition. Working alongside Moët Hennessy and master distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden, she crafted a distinctive profile that merges American rye tradition with international influences.

The mash bill—51% rye and 49% malted barley—was deliberately chosen. The spirit matures in American oak and finishes in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, delivering unexpected complexity. This approach anchors the whisky in American rye identity while drawing from European techniques.

In the glass, SirDavis presents deep copper. The nose opens with Seville orange and sun-dried raisins, layered with clove, cinnamon, and ginger spice. The palate brings citrus brightness, toffee, and honey, carried by a medium body that feels silky. The finish lingers warmly, leaving traces of spice and caramel.
