Fado Vivo is a limited-edition release marking Stokerij De Molenberg's second anniversary in 2015. This Belgian distillery, located in Blaasveld and rooted in a centuries-old family tradition of milling and brewing, created this special blend by maturing single malt whisky for two years in Tawny Port casks (75%) supplemented by casks from their house beer, Gouden Carolus.

The composition reflects the close bond between brewery and distillery: the malt for these whiskies is crafted from grain sourced from their acclaimed Gouden Carolus Tripel beer. This distinctive foundation gives Fado Vivo its own character within Belgium's emerging whisky landscape.
