Belgian Owl was founded in 2004 by master distiller Etienne Bouillon in the Belgian Ardennes, driven by a vision to make whisky entirely from local sources. This 4-year-old single malt is built on Belgian-grown barley and water drawn from springs beneath the distillery—a deliberate choice to express the character of Hesbaye in every bottle.
