This Speyside single malt blends whisky from sherry-seasoned and bourbon casks, drawing inspiration from Scottish grasslands. It's a unique fusion of fashion, photography, and whisky that celebrates the McCartney's shared love and respect for the natural world.

Bottled at 44.2% ABV in 70cl format, Amber Meadow combines both cask types to create a balanced expression evoking warm meadows and barley fields with notes of honeysuckle, citrus, and honey. The interplay between the casks delivers complexity and warmth, making it an ideal companion for relaxing spring evenings.
