The Hearach is the inaugural expression from Isle of Harris Distillery, a complex and elegant single malt from Scotland's Outer Hebrides. This significant release marks the beginning of a new whisky story on the island, crafted by the distillery located in the coastal village of Ardhasaig.

The whisky has been created according to the distillery's carefully refined blenders' recipe, combining spirits matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks and first fill ex-Oloroso and Fino sherry butts. These distinct components are then married in batches for a minimum of 12 weeks, achieving perfect harmony and balance in the final dram.
