GlenAllachie unveils an exceptional 35-year-old single malt from 1990, bottled at cask strength (50.2% ABV) with no chill filtration and natural colour—a testament to master blender Billy Walker's uncompromising vision. This Speyside expression represents the culmination of five decades of whisky craftsmanship and meticulous cask management.

Matured across four distinct cask types—Mizunara virgin oak, American virgin oak, Oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximénez—this whisky showcases rare cask innovation. The delicate, incense-like character of Japanese Mizunara oak takes centre stage, delivering subtle coconut and sandalwood notes, while the sherry casks provide richness and the American oak establishes structure.

Nose: Dried and tropical fruit, caramel, honey, hazelnut with peppery spice. Palate: Fresh fruit, caramel, oak, coconut and dried spices create layers of complexity. Finish: Long and warming with lingering honey, oak and pepper.
