Production and Composition

The whisky matures first in bourbon casks before finishing in oloroso sherry casks. Bottled at 46% ABV and neither coloured nor chill-filtered, this whisky authentically represents Indian whisky craftsmanship. The convenient 500ml format makes it an accessible choice. Maturation occurs at approximately 1,000 metres elevation in Bangalore, where the angel share reaches 12-15%—significantly higher than Scotland—resulting in accelerated maturation.

Tasting Profile

On the nose, warm vanilla, peach, tropical fruit and citrus peel emerge, complemented by ginger and spices. The palate delivers citrus, cinnamon, black pepper, stone fruit and caramel with a creamy mouthfeel. The finish shows chilli, black pepper, cinnamon and citrus.
