Whisky Sour
A refreshing cocktail with the perfect balance of sweet, sour and the warmth of whisky. Egg white creates a beautiful foam layer.

Instructions

Add whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker.

Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds.

Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 5
Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters on the foam.
