Whisky Pepper Sauce
A classic pepper sauce with a splash of whisky. Irresistible with steak or ribeye.

Instructions

Sauté shallot in butter until translucent.

Add green peppercorns and cook briefly.

Deglaze with whisky (careful, it may flame!).

Let most of the alcohol evaporate.

Add beef stock and reduce for 5 minutes.

Stir in cream and simmer gently for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt.
