    Step 3: Lower the heat and gradually add the cold butter pieces, stirring constantly to achieve a smooth sauce.

    Step 4: Remove from heat and add the Irish whiskey, lemon juice, salt, and white pepper. Continue stirring until all ingredients are well incorporated.
