
Whisky Infused Cheesecake Torrija

Step 1: Cut thick slices of stale white bread and set aside.

Step 2: Mix 100 ml cream, 200 ml milk, 75 ml Single Malt Scotch whisky, 100 g sugar, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract in a bowl. Whisk until well combined.

Step 3: Soak the bread slices in the whisky-cream mixture until they are fully saturated but not falling apart.

Step 4: Heat a tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the soaked bread slices on both sides until golden brown.
