Whisky Glazed Salmon
Juicy salmon fillet with a sweet-savory whisky glaze. An elegant main course in 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Mix whisky, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger for the glaze.

Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.

Heat an oven-safe pan with oil over high heat.

Sear salmon skin-side down for 2 minutes until crispy.

Flip and brush generously with glaze.

Bake 8-10 minutes until salmon is cooked through.

Brush with glaze again halfway through.

Serve with sesame seeds and scallions.
