Whisky and Peppercorn BBQ Marinade

This marinade combines the smoky notes of Scotch whisky with spicy green peppercorns for a delightful BBQ experience. The whisky adds depth and a subtle sweetness to the flavor.

    Step 1: Crush the green peppercorns and garlic in a mortar and pestle until coarse.

    Step 2: Add the Scotch whisky, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper to a bowl.

    Step 3: Stir well and then add the pepper-garlic mixture.

    Step 4: Slowly pour in the olive oil while stirring continuously to create an emulsion.
