Whisky Chocolate Espresso Flare

Heat the milk in a saucepan until steaming, but not boiling.

Add the chopped dark chocolate to the warm milk and stir until fully melted.

Make a double espresso and pour it into a Glencairn glass.

Add the whisky to the espresso and stir gently.

Slowly pour the chocolate milk along the edge of the glass to create layers.

Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder on top.
