Whisky BBQ Glaze

Instructions

Sauté onion and garlic in a little oil until soft.

Add all other ingredients except the whisky.

Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 15 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in whisky.

Blend until smooth.

Brush on meat during the last 10-15 minutes of grilling.
