Step 1: Smoke the inside of a Glencairn glass using a cinnamon stick by burning it and holding the glass over it.

Step 2: Combine 50 ml Ardbeg 10 Year Old whisky, 10 ml honey, 15 ml lime juice, and a pinch of chili flakes in a shaker with ice.

Step 3: Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to blend the ingredients well.
