The concept originated from a short story by John Johnstone, a long-serving Glenkinchie guide, celebrating the spring migration of birds to Scotland.

Production and Composition

The whisky spent most of its 30 years in American oak refill casks. After 28 years, it was combined and married in European oak puncheons, establishing refined equilibrium before bottling. At 58.4% ABV, this release delivers strength without overwhelming its delicate characteristics. Only approximately 1,000 bottles have been filled for this limited edition.
