The Shed Distillery is located in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim, Ireland. Founded in 2014 by PJ Rigney and his wife Denise, it marks the revival of Irish distilling in the Connacht region after a hiatus of over a century. With a production capacity of 150,000 liters annually, The Shed Distillery employs modern pot stills and a blending of malted and unmalted barley alongside Irish oats.
