Push Notifications
With push notifications you can keep previous visitors informed about new events, special offers and news. A powerful way to reach your audience.

When to use notifications?
Notifications are ideal for:
- Announcing a new event
- Reminding about an upcoming event
- Special offers or promotions
- Important updates about your business
Sending a notification

Go to NotificationsIn your business dashboard you'll find "Notifications" in the menu.

Click "New notification"Open the form to compose a new notification.

Select target audienceChoose who receives the notification: all visitors, or only recent ones (last 30, 90 or 365 days).

Write your messageEnter a catchy title (max 50 characters) and clear content (max 200 characters).

SendReview your message and click "Send". Your visitors will immediately receive a notification.

Tips for effective notifications
Keep it short
Long messages get cut off. Make sure the most important info is at the front.Be specific
"Tasting this weekend!" works better than "New event planned".Timing is key
Send at the right moment: not too early, not too late.Add value
Every message should be relevant to the recipient.Rules and limits
Maximum 1 per week
To prevent spam, you can send a maximum of 1 notification per 7 days. Use your quota wisely!
Other important rules:
- Users can unsubscribe from notifications. Respect their choice.
- Notifications are only received by visitors who have enabled notifications.
- You cannot target individual users, only target groups.
Notification history
In the Notifications overview you can see all previously sent messages:
- Title and content of the message
- When it was sent
- How many recipients it reached
- Which target audience was selected
