Stamps on Purchase
Purchase stamps are perfect for shops and liquor stores. You scan the customer's QR code at the checkout and award stamps based on the purchase amount.
How does it work?

Customer shows QR codeThe customer opens "My QR code" in the app (via the More menu or /card).

Staff member opens scannerYou open the QR scanner via "More" → "QR scanner" in the app.

Scan the QR codeScan the code with your phone or enter it manually.

Enter the amountType the purchase amount. The system automatically calculates the number of stamps.

ConfirmClick "Give stamps". The customer immediately sees the new stamps in the app!
Stamps per amount
You set how many euros per stamp are needed. For example:
- €10 per stamp: A purchase of €25 = 2 stamps
- €15 per stamp: A purchase of €45 = 3 stamps
- €5 per stamp: A purchase of €8 = 1 stamp
Rounding
Stamps are rounded down. With €10 per stamp, a purchase of €19 gives 1 stamp, not 2.
The member card
Every WhiskyCircle user has a personal QR code. They can find it at:
- Via "More" → "My QR code" in the bottom nav
- The /card page – a clear member card
- The /loyalty page with their stamp cards
Train your staff to ask customers if they are a WhiskyCircle member. This increases the number of active savers!
Quick access for staff
Staff members with access to your business can quickly reach the scanner via:
- "More" menu → "QR scanner" – goes directly to the scan page
- If you have multiple stamp cards, you first choose which one
- The scanner also works without a camera – enter the code manually
