This is Macallan for sherry cask purists: dark fruit, chocolate and walnut with no apologies. The nose shows tightly packed dark fruits—plums, jam—alongside walnut oil, jasmine tea and bitter dark chocolate. The palate doubles down on that intensity, supported by the rich, oily texture that defines long sherry maturation.
