Arbikie Distillery is located in the scenic Highland region of Scotland, founded in 2013 by brothers John, Iain, and David Stirling. This combination is complemented by the nearby Angus Hills, which naturally filter water into a lagoon that supplies the distillery's production. Arbikie remains independently owned, focusing on crafting quality spirits with a distinct character. The distillery has a production capacity that enables the creation of rye whisky, specifically their notable expressions like Arbikie Highland Rye 1794 and the Arbikie Highland 3 Years - 2015. Utilizing traditional pot stills and innovative techniques, Arbikie's whisky showcases a flavour profile characterized by notes of clove, herbs, and spices on the nose, transitioning to a palate of honey, sweet spices, and oak.
